Empower Youth Program

Empower Youth - Young people making unity gesture

The Empower Youth Program is for young people who feel disconnected or might be having a hard time with their family, school, or community. It is here to help them figure out what they want for their health, job, and overall happiness.

Our goal is to empower young people to talk to a support worker. Together, they can make a plan to reach their goals. We also work with other organisations to tackle any problems that might be getting in the way of success.

We want to help young people who may not have had the same opportunities as others. Through the program, we hope to link them to school, work, or training chances so they can learn and improve their lives.
