Request copies of planning permits and endorsed plans

To determine if there is any history of planning applications or approvals on the property, you can view our Planning Register or contact the Planning Department.

If there are planning approvals that you would like to obtain a copy of, you can do this by making a request for copies of planning permits and endorsed plans.

Apply online

Step 1.Decide which information you need

You can request one or more of the following:

  • Planning permit
  • Endorsed plans

Step 2.Have your details ready

You will need to provide:

  • the street address of the property
  • permit number/s

You can search for the relevant planning permit number in Council’s planning register.

Step 3.Have your credit card ready

Please note we only accept Visa or MasterCard.

Step 4.Submit the online form and pay the fee

What happens next?

  • We will send you an email receipt to confirm we have received your application
  • We will aim to supply requested documents via email within 14 days (subject to archiving retrieval)
