Enrol your child

Our Out of School Hours (OOSH) Program offers trusted childcare for primary school-aged children after school and during holidays.

Before you can book your child into our afterschool or vacation care you must complete the OOSH enrolment application.

You will need to fill out this application once every year for each child.

How to enrol

Apply online

Step 1.Gather your supporting documents

During your application you may need to provide:

  • Centrelink details
  • Medicare details
  • Ambulance details
  • Health details and action plans (upload may be required)
  • Access / custody arrangements (upload may be required)

Step 2.Complete the online OOSH application

A separate application form is required for each child.

Step 3.Book your child into a program

Once your OOSH enrolment is complete you can book your child into one of the OOSH programs
