Transfer a caravan park business

In our municipality, all caravan parks must be registered with Swan Hill Rural City Council.

If you are purchasing a caravan park that has an existing business registration, an application must be made to Council to transfer the registration to the new owner of the business.

Caravan parks in Victoria are regulated under Part 14 of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 and the Residential Tenancies (Caravan Parks and Movable Dwellings Registration and Standards) Regulations 2020.
