All cats and dogs over three months of age must be registered with Council. Your pet registration covers a one year period and must be renewed each year.

If you have a dog or cat that is three months of age or older, it must be registered with Council.

Update your pet registration details

Update animal registration contact information, concessions, desexing status, and report animals that have passed away or left the municipality.

You can keep other animals without a registration, however you may require a permit depending on the type and number of animals, and the size of your property. Find out more about owning other animals.
