Swan Hill Rural City Council (Council) has a responsibility to efficiently manage the services and assets it provides to the community.

The Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) articulates the systems, framework, processes and drivers for decisions regarding the construction, upgrade, renewal, maintenance and disposal of assets.
