Rural Land Use Strategy

The Strategy will be the first of its kind for the municipality and will enable the Swan Hill Planning Scheme to be reviewed and updated to respond to current and emerging rural land use issues and opportunities.

Implementation of the Rural Land Use Stragegy aims to facilitate a coordinated approach to use and development of rural land now and into the future.
