Gifts, Benefits and Hospitality Policy

The purpose of this policy is to outline Swan Hill Rural City Council’s (Council) position on responding to offers of gifts, benefits and hospitality. The intent of this policy is to support individuals and Council to avoid conflicts of interest and maintain high levels of integrity and public trust. This policy supports behavior consistent with the Councillor Code of Conduct and Staff Code of Conduct.
