Swan Hill Rural City Council is pleased to announce that the Long Street reconstruction project will commence mid-September.
The project is expected to take 10-12 weeks to complete and local residents should expect some minor delays during this time.
Director Infrastructure, Leah Johnston, said that she appreciated resident’s patience as the necessary roadworks are undertaken.
“We hope to keep any inconveniences to minimum for local residents, as contractors work towards completing these works,” Ms Johnston.
Motorists and pedestrians are advised to follow road safety signs and seek alternate routes where possible.
