Residents of Swan Hill Rural City Council are encouraged to take part in the annual Community Satisfaction Survey, which commenced on 28 January 2025.
This is a valuable opportunity for residents to help shape the future of the community and ensure their voices are heard.
Director of Corporate Services, Bhan Pratap, encouraged residents to participate.
“An independent market research agency, JWS Research, will be reaching out to randomly selected households to gather valuable feedback,” he said.
“Starting today, and over the next three weeks, residents may receive a call on their landline or mobile phones. The survey is an opportunity for Council to hear directly from you. Your insights will help us assess our performance and identify areas where we can improve to better serve you,” Mr Pratap said.
He assured residents that responses would remain confidential, with only overall results shared with the Council.
“This ensures your individual feedback will stay private, allowing you to speak freely and honestly about your experiences and suggestions.
“We deeply value the time and input from our residents. Your feedback is crucial for guiding our strategic planning and ensuring we meet the expectations and needs of our wonderful community.
“By participating in this survey, you are directly contributing to the betterment of our services and the overall quality of life in our municipality,” he said.
Mr Pratap emphasised that the survey results will help shape the Council’s future initiatives and projects.
“We encourage all selected residents to take a few moments to share their thoughts and experiences. Your participation is not just appreciated—it’s vital to the ongoing improvement of our community,” he said.
