A Community Satisfaction Survey will commence for residents of Swan Hill Rural City Council in late January 2025. This is a chance for residents to help shape the future of the community and ensure that their voices are heard!
Director of Corporate Services, Bhan Pratap, invited residents to participate.
“An independent market research agency, JWS Research, will be reaching out to randomly selected households to gather valuable feedback.
“From late January, for up to three weeks, residents may receive a call on their landline or mobile phones. The survey is an opportunity for Council to hear directly from you. Your insights will help us assess our performance and identify areas where we can improve to serve you even better,” Mr. Pratap said.
Mr Pratap said residents could rest assured that responses will remain confidential, and only the overall results will be shared with the Council.
“This means that your individual feedback will be kept private, allowing you to speak freely and honestly about your experiences and suggestions.
“We deeply value the time and input from our residents. Your feedback is crucial for guiding our strategic planning and ensuring we meet the expectations and needs of our wonderful community.
“By participating in this survey, you are directly contributing to the betterment of our services and the overall quality of life in our municipality,” he said.
Mr Pratap said the survey results will play a role in shaping the Council’s future initiatives and projects.
“We encourage all selected residents to take a few moments to share their thoughts and experiences. Your participation is not just appreciated; it’s essential for us to continue growing and improving as a community,” he added/
