The Swan Hill region plays host to a wide range of music, comedy, theatre and other performing arts. Tickets to these shows can be purchased through the Swan Hill booking offices – in person, by phone or online.

Swan Hill Town Hall

  • Parking - Drop off / pick up point available directly in front of the Swan Hill Town Hall. There is one accessible parking space within close proximity to the venue on McCallum Street and Beveridge Street.
  • Wheelchair access - The Swan Hill Town Hall features wheelchair accessible entrances, seating and toilets. There are four wheelchair spaces on the ground floor in Row M (theatre style) in the downstairs auditorium. Depending on the layout, wheelchair spaces can be negotiated depending on seating availability and patron preference. Wheelchair access to meeting rooms via lift.
  • Hearing impaired - There is a hearing loop available at the Swan Hill Town Hall for select shows. Please contact the venue prior to the performance to arrange.

Harrison Theatre

  • Wheelchair access - The Harrison Theatre has three wheelchair spaces in Row A.

Memorial Theatre

  • Parking - There is one accessible parking space within close proximity to the venue.
  • Wheelchair Access - The Memorial Theatre has two wheelchair spaces in Row A.

Companion Card

Companion Card promotes the right of people with a disability, who require a companion, to fair ticketing at Victorian events and venues.

Each bearer of a Companion Card must pay for their own ticket and a second ticket will be issued at no charge for the patrons companion/carer.

The Companion Card holder must present their card upon purchasing their ticket to be eligible for the carers ticket. For more information visit the Companion Card website.

Ticket sales terms and conditions

Ticket collection

Tickets will be available for purchase at the venue one hour before the performance starting time, unless sold out.

Tickets can be collected from the Swan Hill Town Hall Booking Office or the Swan Hill Region Information Centre during their respective business hours. Alternatively from the venue where the performance is being held one hour before the performance starting time.

Group bookings

Group bookings are available for selected performances and can be made online or by contacting the Swan Hill Town Hall Performing Arts Centre and Swan Hill Region Information Centre during business hours.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Lost tickets

If your allocated seating tickets are lost or stolen you must produce proof of the original purchase before replacement tickets are issued.

Price changes

All prices are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed. Bookings are confirmed when full payment is received.

Cancellations, exchanges and refunds

  1. There are no refunds or exchanges on any tickets except as required by law.
  2. Tickets must be paid for upon booking. Tickets cannot be reserved.
  3. The right of admission is reserved by the front of house supervisor at the venue.
  4. Admittance to customers bearing tickets purchased online at a discounted price may be asked to produce the relevant concession card to verify their discounted tickets. Failure to produce appropriate ID may result in the patron being charged full price for their ticket.
  5. Latecomers will be admitted at the Front of House Supervisor ’s discretion or when there is a convenient break in the program.
  6. Tickets will only be issued upon full payment.
  7. Every patron must have a valid ticket.

Refunds for event cancellation

In the event of a performance being cancelled by the venue and not rescheduled, patrons will be contacted to arrange a refund.
