Support and services are available for people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or escaping family violence.

Where can I get help?

If you are currently experiencing homelessness or are at risk Call the Victorian statewide crisis and emergency accommodation hotline on 1800 825 955. Free call (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
If you are experiencing family violence Call Safe Steps Family Violence Response Centre on 1800 015 188. Free call (24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
If you are in danger Call 000

Support services

Council does not offer the following services, but they are helpful resources to assist people who are facing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness. These services can offer support in various areas such as housing, healthcare, and additional assistance, including access to meals, showers, and a secure place to rest.
